Whole-home air care.
Dust that stops coming back. Air without a smell. A home your family breathes easily in — and a schedule that keeps it that way, so you never have to think about it again.
The conversation costs nothing.
What changes in your home
Surfaces stay clean longer. Your housekeeper will tell you before you notice it yourself — that is usually the first sign.
That faint musty note when the system starts up is not the house. It is what is growing inside the system. It does not come back.
A child with asthma, a parent visiting, a newborn coming home, a season of wildfire smoke. You cannot see the difference. You feel it.
A clean system moves air the way it was designed to. Most homes get back airflow they had stopped noticing they had lost.
The bedroom that was always warmer comes back in line once the leaks are sealed and the airflow is restored.
A clean coil and blower run cooler and under less strain. You replace the system later rather than sooner.
Inspect · Clean · Enjoy your home
01 — Before
A year of dust, pet dander, pollen and damp collects inside the system — and that is what the house breathes. Clients call us about stale air, dust back within days, and colds that travel through the family faster than they should.
02 — During
Rotary brush, negative-air extraction, hand cleaning, sealing, sanitizing, UV. Chosen for your system and your house — not applied because it sits on a price list.
03 — After
No smell at start-up. Dust that settles slower. Rooms that even out. And a photo report showing exactly what was in there.
One visit · One accountable team
You will not be chasing three contractors, approving change orders, or explaining the house twice.
One licensed team arrives, assesses the whole property, agrees the work in writing, carries it out, and leaves you a documented result. Anything outside our scope, we name it and tell you who should do it.
Your household continues. We work around it.
From the first call to the final report.
No number changes mid-job.
A record of the work — keep it, or hand it to whoever manages the property.
Before we start
Call us and we will tell you plainly whether your home needs this. That costs nothing.
The assessment is different. Our technician goes into the attic and the crawl space, opens the equipment, and documents the real condition of your system with photographs. It produces something you keep: what state your home’s air system is in, what it needs, and what it will cost — in writing.
We charge for it because it has value to you whether or not you hire us. If you proceed, the fee is credited toward the work.
Year-round air care
One deep service resets the system. Keeping it that way is a schedule, not an event — and scheduling it is our job, not yours.
We return seasonally, service what needs servicing, and send you the report. You approve nothing, remember nothing, and call no one.
If something is developing, we find it while it is still small and inexpensive.
For those who want the detail
If your home breathes through it, it is in scope.
Supply and return ductwork along its full run, accessed from the attic or crawl space. Grilles and registers removed, washed and refitted. Leaks and separations sealed.
Blower assembly removed and cleaned. Evaporator coil cleaned front and back. Condensate pan and drain line cleared and treated. Outdoor condenser washed. Refrigerant verified and topped up, lines and fittings checked.
Sanitizing applied after the soil is removed, not instead of removing it. UV germicidal lamps fitted where they will do real work.
Reassembled, tested, and all of it photographed for your report.
Who comes to your home
One crew, named in advance, in white coveralls, eye protection, black gloves and shoe covers. No subcontractors sent in our place, and nobody in your home you were not told about.
Recent work
Our clients do not want their houses on a website. That is part of the service, so these are the numbers without the address.
Proof, not promises
Air Detailing is the service we built for a particular kind of client. The company behind it has been cleaning air systems across Los Angeles for nine years — with a public record of reviews, photographs and results you can read for yourself.
Good to know
Less dust on surfaces, no musty smell when the system starts, and better airflow. Most clients notice the dust within a week.
Four to six hours for a typical property, longer for larger or multi-system homes. You will know before we start, and we work around your household.
Because it is real work — the attic, the crawl space, the equipment opened and documented. The fee is credited toward the service if you proceed.
Agreed in writing after the assessment, before anything begins. Nothing is added without your approval.
Often, yes — with photographs. We treat what is within our scope, and if it calls for a licensed remediation specialist we say so plainly rather than sell you something.
No. Many clients are not. We coordinate with whoever manages the property and send the report when we are done.
We will tell you whether it needs this, and what it would involve.
All work is performed by a California-licensed, bonded and insured contracting partner. Documentation provided on request.
